Subscriptions may be canceled or changed at any time, however, if cancellations or changes are not submitted by your renewal date, the subscription order may have already been packaged and become ineligible for cancellation of the individual order. Any changes made will take effect on the next billing cycle. If your auto-payment has already been processed, we cannot retrieve your package for any changes or cancellations. You may not receive any refunds based on a late subscription cancellation. If you need assistance canceling your subscription, you may email [email protected] or call our customer service line at 1(888) 857-8482. Cancellations outside of self-service through your account may take up to 48 hours to process. Any shipments processed within those 48 hours will still be applied to the customer account. We make every attempt to process your requests immediately.
